You can edit the persons you want to record so only the people you want to record will be recorded. Sometimes you forget what you have talked about, recording it serves as a reminder, helps for verification. I have emailed the developer and am hoping they can help me with this issue but based on assistance (or lack thereof) from developers of other apps, I'm not holding my breath. Extremely disappointed as there is a chance I may need these for legal purposes. Now I can't find the "saved" files so that I can transfer them from my phone to my computer. I'm wondering if they get rid of it and why and if not why is it so hard to find? But now for some reason it doesn't have the one thing I thought was cool about it and that is a switch storage to external option. I've used this app before and it was working well after a couple of updates throughout several years.

I may not be using it the right way but if this is the case I would like to know how to view the numbers of who had called or I called and the time and date which is available. With the exception it does not show the number of the person or persons that it has recorded. Some of the calls I've lost are really valuable and important, and that really hurts me. But it's been frustrating and very disappointing. Much has been said about it, so I need not expound. But recently, about a week ago, I only hear my side of the conversation and not the other person's. I loved the app and have been using it for the past 4 years. This sucks.īeen going through the reviews, and it turns out that the problem I'm having is the same one everyone is having, which gives me some relief. Government now stop us from recording our own calls, did our own purposes? Talk about taking away our rights. Files are no longer being saved since your most 'recent updates'. The save location can NO LONGER BE FOUND/LOCATED.
Calls recorded, are no longer able to be saved. It used to work done, all these years, as of recently (April 30, 2019). This is a big help to me as sometimes I forget what people say. I thought you had to go to the app and get it to record but some how it automatically records up to 100 calls. I wasn't sure this app would work but it does. I had installed many call recorders, but all are rubbish. Sound is not clear too much noise appears in recording, etc. You can't hear voice of the other person in recording.

For anyone struggling to find the calls, link the app with your Google Drive, upload the calls you need, download them from the drive and don't forget to delete this app.ĭO NOT USE!!! This app USED TO BE good. I can barely hear the other person, also i can't find the location of the calls.
Please fix it and I'll give it five stars. This is very frustrating to me since I used to consider this app the best for this task. It's like they been encripted or purposefully hidden.

Since the last update I can't find the recordings in my phone anywhere to save them in my computer.

In the Pro version only: You can set calls from particular contacts to be automatically saved, and they will be saved in the cloud. Ignore contacts – This setting records all calls with people who are not contacts, except for contacts pre-selected to be recorded. Ignore everything – This setting records no calls except for contacts pre-selected to be recorded. Record everything (default) – This setting records all calls except for contacts pre-selected to be ignored. There are 3 default settings for automatic recording: Search for recordings by contact, phone number, or note. You can enable a Call Summary Menu with options to appear immediately after a call. If not, old recordings will automatically be deleted when new calls fill up the inbox.
If you decide that a conversation is important, save it and it will be stored in the Saved Calls folder. The number of saved calls is limited only by your device memory. If you encounter any recording issues or wish to improve voice quality, try recording from a different audio source, or use auto-on speaker mode. We therefore suggest that you try the free version before purchasing the paid app. Please note that call recording does not work on certain handsets and can result in inferior quality recordings. Integration with Google Drive™ and Dropbox allows calls to be saved and synchronized to the cloud as well. Listen to the recording, add notes and share it. You can set which calls are recorded and which are ignored. Record any phone call you want and choose which calls you want to save.
